Is Hiyas free to use?

Yes. Hiyas Pearl is free forever — up to 10 vault items, store browsing, and basic transfers. Pro adds unlimited items, early access, and discounts.

What does Hiyas mean?

Hiyas is Tagalog for jewel or precious thing. It's the word Filipino families use for the gold they treasure.

Can I add pieces I didn't buy from IGO Gold?

Yes. You can manually add any piece — an heirloom, a gift, or jewelry from another shop. IGO Verified status only applies to pieces purchased directly from IGO Gold.

How is my vault value calculated?

Your collection value is computed using the live gold spot price, adjusted for each piece's karat purity. 18K pieces use 75% of the 24K spot, 22K uses 91.67%, and so on.

What is a Memory Note and Legacy Letter?

Memory Note is a personal story attached to a piece — who gave it to you, what occasion, what it means. Legacy Letter is a message to whoever inherits the piece. Both are Pro features.

What is Hiyas Title?

Hiyas Title is an official ownership transfer registry. When a piece changes hands, both parties record it and a certificate is issued with a QR code. The provenance chain is permanent.

Is a Hiyas Title certificate a legal document?

No. It is a private platform record. It is not a government document and does not constitute legal proof of ownership. It is a trust signal, not a legal instrument.

What are the transfer fees?

Fees range from ₱299 for pieces ≤₱10,000 to 0.5% for pieces over ₱200,000. Pro members get 50% off. Diamond members get 75% off. Royale members transfer for free.

Do I need an account to verify a piece?

No. Hiyas Verify is completely public. Go to hiyas.app/verify, enter the piece's ID or scan the QR code on its certificate, and see its history instantly.

What does "IGO Verified" mean?

IGO Verified means the piece was originally purchased from IGO Gold and its provenance is documented from the point of sale.

Can the owner hide their identity on Verify?

Yes. Owners choose from three privacy modes: Hidden (only confirms registration), Anonymous (full details, owner shown as Private), and Public (owner's chosen display name shown).

How do I climb tiers?

Tiers are based on cumulative purchases from IGO Gold within the rolling 12-month window. Gold: ₱50,000. Platinum: ₱200,000. Diamond: ₱500,000. Royale is lifetime at ₱2,000,000.

Does my tier expire?

Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers are based on rolling 12-month spend — if purchases fall below the threshold, there is a 30-day grace period before a downgrade. Hiyas Royale is permanent once earned.

What happens at Diamond tier?

Diamond automatically grants Lifetime Pro — no subscription needed. You also get 72-hour early access to new arrivals, a personal jeweler consultation, and 75% off Hiyas Title transfers.
